A cheerful, secure, 2-bedroom unit, Rooftops has a
separate entrance and carport. It has two balconies with
wonderful mountain views. Own laundry, pool and braai facility.
Easy access to Kirstenbosch, university, shops, sports and
medical centres. Only 15 minutes to beach, vineyards or city
centre. French is spoken.

The
upstairs room is spacious, en-suite (shower) with
twin beds. It has a comfortable open feel. The larger
balcony facing the view has a table and chairs which
help one to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a
small eating and kitchenette area, equipped with
mini-stove, fridge, toaster and microwave.
The
downstairs room is also en-suite and has a fridge,
microwave and toaster but is not as spacious as the
upstairs room and the view is limited.
There is
secure covered off-street parking. Washing, ironing and
drying facilities are available at no extra charge.
We provide basic breakfast ingredients, such as bread,cereals,yoghurt,tea and coffee which we leave in your room to have at your convenience on your first day.
Both rooms are equipped with SABC TV and DSTV Compact. The room is serviced every
third day. The interior of our unit is non-smoking.
