Place consists of the STUDIO - 2 double
bedrooms and a large, comfortable north-facing open plan lounge,
with access to the garden and pool and secure off-street parking
– and the COURTYARD - a charming little getaway for two within walking distance of
Herschel and Western Province schools, Claremont CBD and
Cavendish Square shopping mall.
Close to the world famous
Kirstenbosch Gardens, the University, Baxter Theatre and
Newlands rugby & cricket grounds, with easy motorway access to
the city centre, Waterfront, airport and many wonderful beaches.
Mel's Place - STUDIO (self-catering only)
Secure & private with access via remote-controlled
double garage door into large north-facing open plan
lounge with DSTV, phone/fax and full kitchen. Washing
machine included.
Large sliding doors open out onto the sunny
patio with pool and mountain view. Braai
facilities and garden gate with intercom for
visitor's access.
Two double bedrooms - one with
large queen-size bed and the other with
comfortable twin beds - share full bathroom with
bath and separate shower.
Under floor heating in
all rooms for winter comfort.
The
STUDIO and COURTYARD can be let out as one inter-leading
self-catering unit which sleeps 6 adults. Garage
parking for 2 cars. |

Mel's Place - COURTYARD
Sunny room with comfortable queen-size bed has
ample cupboard space and under floor heating for
the winter months.
The en-suite bathroom has bath & shower
facilities.
TV,
radio, fan & hair dryer are also provided and a
laundry service is offered at a reasonable rate.
Bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle,
crockery & cutlery are provided for the
self-catering option or a light continental
breakfast of fruit, muesli, yoghurt and muffins
can be requested as an extra. This can be
enjoyed on the delightfully private, east-facing
breakfast patio.
Secure & private with separate access via
remote-controlled garage for a small car, the Courtyard
is ideal for short stays for both business & holiday
travelers.
Both the Studio & the Courtyard at Mel's Place are
non-smoking establishments but you are welcome to smoke
outside on the patios as ashtrays are provided.
