Newlands Guest
Cottages are two separate newly renovated, self-catering
cottages situated in Newlands / Rondebosh. Secure off street
parking with direct access for one sedan car per cottage is
available. Both cottages are fully alarmed, has DSTV, wireless
internet access and is child friendly. Both cottages have access
to a heated pool. The pool has a safety net.
Clarkia Cottage (two
bedroom unit) is comfortable with separate living room and
an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room. An enclosed
patio offers braai/barbecue facilities with the interior
entirely on one level and hassle free. It has a bathroom with
bath and shower in typical cape style with wooden ceilings.
RyanClare Cottage (one
bedroom unit) is an upstairs/downstairs unit with a spiral
staircase. The upstairs bedroom/bathroom is open plan with a
bath/shower. A sandblasted screen provides privacy of
shower/bath and toilet. The downstairs open plan, well equipped
kitchen/TV room opens up onto a vine covered patio with
braai/barbecue facilities.
Bedrooms
The two cottages can accommodate up to 6 adults. One
cottage has two bedrooms and the second Cottage have one
bedroom with your choice of king or twin beds in each
room. Our beds are of superior quality and covered by
100% percale cotton linen and down duvets.
